Ways to Reshape the Heart

          After making several finals and semifinals via the national contests, this book is now part of the Main Street Rag's Editor's Select Poetry Series. Several of the poems have been anthologized and more are familiar through the readings I have given around the country. Poet and editor Ronald Wallace has called it "a strong manuscript," and widely published poet Jared Smith has commented "I always feel pleased when I come across contemporary writing of that strength--or writing of that strength from any period, actually."
